Calculation of exam grades 2020

Message to parents of Years 11, 13 and 14 students

Here is a link to a letter published today (3rd April 2020) by the Chief Regulator of Ofqual regarding how exam grades will be calculated and the process which Ofqual are outlining.

I want to re-assure you that we will work hard to do every young person justice but please read this letter carefully and please note that we cannot share any grades with you as we have been instructed to treat these as confidential.

Nottingham University Hospitals have temporarily changed their services in response to the coronavirus outbreak, to protect their staff, patients and local community.

Access to clinics during this time is via a telephone appointment in the first instance only – it is not possible to ‘walk in’.

Handwashing advice

The most important thing individuals can do to protect themselves is to wash their hands more often, for at least 20 seconds, with soap and water. Public Health England recommends that in addition to handwashing before eating, and after coughing and sneezing, everyone should also wash hands after using toilets and whenever you return home.
